• Prefer online meetings and virtual conferences over travel whenever possible to minimize travel-related emissions.

 

Remote Work Environment

• We implement a remote work policy to reduce commuting-related emissions.

• We encourage the use of energy-efficient devices and practices in home offices.

 

Resources and Equipment Use

• We encourage to optimize the energy settings for all computers and other electronic devices, ensuring they are set to energy-saving modes.

• We encourage the use of digital documents to reduce printing and the associated energy costs of printers and copiers.

Partnerships and External Engagement

Vendor selection preference will be given to suppliers who have clear, published carbon reduction targets and transparent progress reports as well as demonstrated engagement in sustainable practices, including the use of renewable energy sources, efficient logistics, and waste reduction strategies.
